Just wanted to comment on my experience from my recent in-person driver license renewal at the Houston Gessner Mega Center.

Tony Bennett in the Georgetown Driver License office was awesome!

We had a bumpy process at your location. Thanks to Kesha Alexander’s caring attitude and willingness to help, my son got his license as it was scheduled initially.

Maegan was so nice and helpful at the Emory office!! It was entirely refreshing to feel like the staff was doing their best to take care of us in such a speedy way!

I went to the DPS office flustered and frustrated because I’d had a bad day and could not figure out how to watch a video for my driving test.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by LaRonda.
