I like to commend Benjamin Kiang, Houston Auto Shop Motor Vehicle Technician, Fleet Operations for exceptional customer service on Tuesday 06/01/2021 after I contacted him by cell phone stating that I needed a state inspection immediately. Without hesitation, Benjamin advised me to be enroute to his location and he will assist me with a state inspection. I wanted a state inspection due to my Engine Light on my DPS patrol unit was not illuminated after a trip to and from the border area (Weslaco). My patrol unit passed the state inspection due to Benjamin prompt service and I am driving a safe vehicle. I am grateful for his immediate assistance.
