I had an issue renewing my driver license online so I had to schedule an appointment at the 12220 Gessner location. It was a busy day and I had to run home to get my passport so I was already in a not so happy mood. When I returned, I had the pleasure of meeting Keesha who handled my renewal. When I tell you that this woman is an angel sent from heaven, I mean it. Even after a frustrating trip home she literally turned my day around. I know it can be difficult working with customers who are already taking off work and don’t want to be there, but I am certain this wonderful human is made for this type of work. She was an absolute blessing on my day and she should be protected forever. I hope this gets back to her and I can return the favor of a bright spot in her day.
