I was in the Plano office renewing my driver license. While I was waiting my turn, I overheard Ms. Bell interacting with a very difficult customer.

I have been driving since I was 16 and just moved here from NV. I have been so nervous about switching my license. Judy answered all my questions and then some.

I would like to commend the employees at this DPS office for their fast and courteous service.
