I just wanted to say that Julia Flores from the Texas Department of Public Safety in Kingsville was super nice and friendly.

We were pleased to meet this lady while talking my daughter to get her permit. She had lots of patience.

I had an appointment for a road test, but unfortunately there was a miscommunication that resulted in me missing my test.

I just want to take a moment and recognize Deandra. I took my daughter who had just turned 16 to get her license. Deandra was so warm and friendly.

James was so helpful from start to finish. I appreciate his customer service and patience; everyone was treated with mutual respect. Thank you guys so much, James keep up the great work.

I am so thankful for his help. He has the patience to listen to my concerns. We got disconnected, and I didn’t expect him to call me back, but he did.

After trying the DPS website to get an appointment without success I stopped by the DPS office in Port Lavaca. Both employees were very helpful explaining the new document requirement.

Everyone at the office was so very helpful and friendly and didn't hesitate to help me, or anyone, who came into the office. I recommend this office to everyone!

I made an appointment at the Hillsboro DPS to get a first time Texas driver license. I came in on a Friday and had everything I needed except for a second proof of residency document.

Hi, I just wanted to inform you how pleased I was with Pat Garcia at the Aransas Pass License office. It was there that she helped me acquire my Texas driver license.

Sherrie assisted me at the Big Spring Tx DPS driver license office. I wanted to complement Sherry on her friendly professional customer service.
