I just wanted to say that Julia Flores from the Texas Department of Public Safety in Kingsville was super nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking with her and everything went smoothly and quickly while we were getting my son’s permit. The office also is much nicer and roomier compared to the old DPS office. Good job to Julia!
