I was in the Plano office renewing my driver license. While I was waiting my turn, I overheard Ms. Bell interacting with a very difficult customer. The way she handled the situation would make my manager proud. She was firm, but polite. She repeated her instructions/questions MANY times without ever appearing frustrated. The world needs more people like her.
