Recently, I accompanied my father to our DPS office in New Braunfels in order to assist him in renewing his driver license.

Big thumbs up to Janet Fullbright!! She was extremely personable, patient and kind to my older mother as she renewed her driver license.

I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency of the DPS employees from the minute I walked up to the door to the actual process of renewing my driver license.

We want to thank Kelly Hlavenka for helping us get our driver license.

I just wanted to send kudos to Mr. Eddie at the McKinney driver license office. We had an appointment for a road test for my teen.

Just want to say how much I appreciate the ease and directions of our staff at the New Braunfels DPS. The wait is easy the people are friendly and helpful.

Lois Thomas was extremely helpful when I came in with a complicated problem. She was able to assist me fully while also helping out all of the other customers.

My high compliments are extended to Maksuda, as she was instrumental in making me feel very comfortable for my DL renewal appointment at the DPS Carrollton Mega location!

I went to the Plano office to renew my license. I was very pleased with the appointment system.

My 88-year-old Mother had to get driver license renewed in person. We arrived on time for a 9:00 appointment. Then walked into the office and got into a line of three people.
