I renewed my TX driver license at the Marshall location. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who checked me in but she was very courteous and efficient.

Due to my procrastination, I forgot my driver license was expired and had a flight to catch in two days!!

The Plano office at 2109 W. Parker Rd is run like a tight ship, very organized, extremely professional and courteous employees.

After completing the DPS application for my DL renewal at the Carrollton Mega location, Lori demonstrated her high level of professional courtesy, initiative, and knowledge when assisting

Ms. Rodriguez was extremely patient, helpful and kind. She made the driving test much more relaxed and comfortable for my daughter than it might have been.

I went to the Plano office to renew my license. I was very pleased with the appointment system.

I was fortunate to get this young lady named Mariela Pedraza that processed my driver license renewal. This young lady was patient, considerate, kind, and helpful.

Being in the military I have been to the DMV/DPS in at least six different states and it has literally always been a nightmare and taken all day.

On March 14, 2021 I was stopped by Officer E. Castillo for being over the speed limit.

While at a family gathering in Bushland, TX, Trooper Cordova saw all of the kids playing and decided to stop and tell them hi.

I visited the North Austin office and got there right as it opened for a walk-in appointment. I moved to TX in February and needed to get a new license.

Wanda was very professional, answered all of my questions, while still being quick. I think the DPS could use a few more employees like Wanda.

I was stopped for speeding on 3-31-2021 in Cottle County. I'm writing this because this type of encounter between a black man and a white officer will not make the news.

I was on my way home and saw a State Trooper with a car pulled over a mile or so from my home. As I rounded the turn, the trooper pointed for me to pull over to which I complied.
