Wanda was very professional, answered all of my questions, while still being quick. I think the DPS could use a few more employees like Wanda.

Trooper Mitchell stopped me today to remind me that I needed to replace my front license plate, and to inform me that my rear plate was slightly obscured.

Being in the military I have been to the DMV/DPS in at least six different states and it has literally always been a nightmare and taken all day.

I was fortunate to get this young lady named Mariela Pedraza that processed my driver license renewal. This young lady was patient, considerate, kind, and helpful.

I went through the process of getting a Texas driver license about a month ago. I had to stop into both the North Lamar and Pflugerville locations.

Juan was really polite and friendly and explaining everything that I didn't understand. He walked me through with the whole process and explained everything.
