My 88-year-old Mother had to get driver license renewed in person. We arrived on time for a 9:00 appointment. Then walked into the office and got into a line of three people. A man informed those in line how to register on their phone and a woman helped us because we did not have a phone. We got a number, our temperature checked, and an application form to fill out while waiting for our turn. Our number came up, before we could fill out the application, so we went to station 13 and Antonette Long helped my mother every step of the way. Everything flowed smoothly and within twenty minutes, we were leaving. My mother got her driver license renewed in a timely and professional manner. We would recommend going to the DPS mega-center office to everyone.
