I would like to commend Mayra Esparza for her professionalism during my mom’s driver license renewal.

While out with my wife and children, we were pulled over by Officer Laferney. I care about what my kids see in a DPS officer or any law enforcement representative.

Virginia is very efficient and very knowledgeable. She was able to give me the information today that I have needed for the past two years to get my license. She was worth the wait.

We visited the McKinney Driver license office.

When you go into a building and the first thing you must do is take a number, often times that's a good indication of how you will be treated. Thankfully that was not the case this time.

I deal with government agencies all the time as part of my work, and I have never come across anyone as nice as Barbara was.

Janet was the most helpful and courteous DPS employee I've ever met. She went above and beyond attending to my needs. I wanted to tip her, but she said employees cannot take tips.

I am a 79-year-old Vietnam veteran. Have seen much. I want to thank the DPS for the kindness and professional way I was serviced by Ms. Mitchell.
