I want to send out a KUDOS to the Paris DL office staff. I needed to assist my daughter with getting her permit. I didn't have an appointment.

Laura is magnificent, and her personality is incredible. She’s superb, and I’m so happy we were able to talk to her.

I have been working on trying to straighten out my driver license for several years now.

Two years ago, I wrote a strong complaint after waiting with my son-in-law for six hours in one of the “super centers”. I dreaded having to renew my license in person.
