Two years ago, I wrote a strong complaint after waiting with my son-in-law for six hours in one of the “super centers”. I dreaded having to renew my license in person. However, my wife and I renewed our licenses in Plano and the experience could not have been better. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and efficient. The appointment process worked perfectly and we were able to get everything done in about 30 minutes. Thank you for the HUGE improvement in service!
