Normally I dread having to go to DPS. This time it was a pleasant experience. Jim was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions.

From entering the door, to the clerk window for processing, the process and experience was very professional and pleasant. All employees were friendly and helpful.

On August 21, 2021, my wife and I experienced a tread separation on one of our trailer tires while traveling west of Bellevue, Texas.

I would like to compliment Kristie. She went out of her way to help me with my paperwork. She had to explain the procedure a few times because my English is not that good.
