I was pulled over in Weatherford, TX while operating a commercial motor vehicle by Trooper McCutcheon. I was greeted by one of the nicest troopers I’ve ever encountered.

Trooper McCoy pulled my husband over for speeding. Trooper McCoy was pleasant, professional, and amiable during the entire stop process. He expressed concern for us.

Mr. McClendon helped me when my daughter was applying for her permit. He is such a kind human being and was nothing but helpful and forthcoming.

Miranda provided exceptional customer service and was very pleasant to work with. She answered questions that I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
