I wanted to take time and give a good recommendation for Deborah. She was very lovely and knowledgeable. Deborah was generous and informative.

I was recently stopped by Officer T. Spillers and I wanted to let his supervisors know what a professional he is.

I came to the DPS and Nathalie immediately greeted me with a smile and a good morning. I thought I had all of my documents in order, but I certainly did not.

Already frustrated that I was being pulled over, I was prepared to reflect whatever pompous attitude I received. The demeanor of Trooper Smith was unlike any I had ever experienced.

Aleishia is an absolute angel. She was very patient, understanding, and helpful with my 80-year-old grandmother renewing her ID.

On August 2, 2021, my car had some problems on George Bush Highway and broke down. Officer J. Richey stopped and helped me very much.

I received a warning issued by Trooper Knutson in Bosque County. He was very courteous, and his demeanor was pleasant and kind.

A ticket so early in the morning was no doubt going to affect the rest of the day, however the Trooper made it a positive day.

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service that Leslie has provided me with today, and she should be recognized for it.
