I renewed my license and it was the smoothest process I have ever experienced. The appointments work great and everyone I had contact with was so friendly and helpful.
I would like to give kudos to Offer Terry, C Region 1 District D area 15. I was having issues with my tire and I did not know how to work the tire machine. Officer Terry was willing to assist me.
I had a right rear tire blow out on 9/23/20. DPS Trooper Wall assisted me in changing my tire. Trooper Wall damaged his uniform helping me! I couldn’t have done it without them.
I want to commend Calvin Bass and all his coworkers at the S. Gessner location for their courteous and efficient service and for the improved appearance of the place.
I visited the DPS to renew my DL. I was impressed by the service I received and the COVID-19 safety protocols. My visit was fast and easy. Chere Bennett was really nice and knowledgeable.
