I am writing you today in regards to the outstanding customer service experience I had with one of your employees. I called Amy Petrick today with the hopes that I could have a CAPPS issue clarified.

I wanted to take a minute to commend Ms. Sasi on her awesome organization and diligence. She has truly made my job easier as a Supervisor when it comes to FMLA knowledge and understanding.

We went to our driver license appointment in Alpine. The customer service from Angelia was outstanding. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to deal with our situation.

Please note that Shawn Thompson was very kind and efficient when he helped me renew my driver license. My appointment time was 4:25 at the Austin North Driver License Office.

I just wanted to get on here and give kudos to Jan Wall. She was very professional and friendly when I brought my son to take his driving test. Thanks for your time.

I had a license renewal and name change appointment in the Plano Driver License Office. The ability to make an appointment made the entire renewal process so much easier than earlier times!

I just wanted to send a note of appreciation for the new appointment only system the DPS has enacted. Having waited in the past for over six hours I really like this new system.

Jenilee was friendly, helpful, and patient while staying efficient while explaining to myself and another the steps to renewing an ID card.

I would like to give a special thanks and kudos to Anabel Gutierrez. She was very professional and helpful when my mom needed to have an identification card made.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise awaited me when I went to the DPS Office to procure a Texas license.

Very nice experience. Took a driver road test at Austin North Driver License Office with examiner Sabrina. She was very friendly which made me feel comfortable and less nervous during the road test.

I went to the Denton DPS Facility. All of the employees with whom I had an encounter were very pleasant and demonstrated a desire to provide well above average customer service. Thank you!

As always, I dread having my DL renewed. Typically, it takes many hours on site. However, I set up an appointment online. When I arrived at the Pat Booker office I was immediately greeted and processed.

I went into the Dacoma Driver License Office twice during the past week, and all of the employees were amazingly helpful and efficient.

I was so impressed by the way she attended to me. She first sanitized the seat where I sat down and she was calm in attending to me.

Hello I would like to send an email stating me and my mother had the best customer service with your office in Woodville with two very special ladies Ola Bolton and Brittanie Quinn.

I went to an appointment with my husband and was helped out by Frances Daniels at the location S. Gessner Driver License Office. She spoke to us very well and answered our questions thoroughly.

This is grossly overdue, but I would like to take a moment to thank your staff at the Northwestern office in El Paso. They took what could have been an extremely stressful situation and made it a great experience.

I am writing this letter to offer my thanks and kudos to the entire staff at the DPS office in Gainesville. I was at the office to renew my driver license. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly.

I visited the Gessner driver license office for a renewal. I just wanted to say that I appreciate everything that everyone is doing to keep things operating in a safe manner. Everyone was pleasant and patient.

Andrea and another gentleman who helped us with acquiring an ID for my daughter were outstanding in their concern and help.

My husband and I traveled to the Bonham Driver License Office. After arriving there it was stated that the office was for appointment only.

These ladies in the Hillsboro office were very friendly and professional. They were also very helpful and took care of our needs in a timely manner.

Recently I was able to go and get my driver license renewed. I would just like to say that for my personal experience, I actually enjoyed my time at the DPS in Kingsville, Texas.

I recently had to go in person to get my license renewed. I was dreading it. I just knew it would be a mess. I just knew I would be in a room with a ton of other people and waiting for hours. I was wrong!
