I wanted to take a minute to commend Ms. Sasi on her awesome organization and diligence. She has truly made my job easier as a Supervisor when it comes to FMLA knowledge and understanding.
We went to our driver license appointment in Alpine. The customer service from Angelia was outstanding. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to deal with our situation.
Please note that Shawn Thompson was very kind and efficient when he helped me renew my driver license. My appointment time was 4:25 at the Austin North Driver License Office.

I had a license renewal and name change appointment in the Plano Driver License Office. The ability to make an appointment made the entire renewal process so much easier than earlier times!
