Jennifer provided me with information no one was able to find. This is the best customer service I’ve received. She went above and beyond to help me.

My husband and I went into the Beeville location. Everyone there were super friendly and kind.

I just wanted to thank you all very much. I went to the Garland Mega Center to get a license, as I just moved back home from out of state.

The person who handled my call is excellent and provided great customer service. Y’all need to be sure to keep her around. She is so good at her job, and she needs to be recognized.

This is just to let you know about an experience that I had at the DPS located on Scott Simpson in El Paso, Texas.

I cannot say enough great things about Alexis, she went above and beyond to explain the process and Texas protocols in such a respectful and professional way.

Tya works at the Plano location. She is a woman who made my day. The best customer service ever. I forgot my second form of ID, but she took time to explain and gave me time to get it.

This DPS employee was the kindest and most patient man I have ever come across for renewing my driver license.

It was refreshing to go to the Lewisville Driver License Office. They were nice, efficient and I had an all-around positive visit. Joshua Vania was the young man who helped me.

I visited the Plano office and met an employee that was really nice and she understood my situation, explained that I have to schedule online or come in the morning to see about walk-ins,

I wanted to take time and give a good recommendation for Deborah. She was very lovely and knowledgeable. Deborah was generous and informative.

I came to the DPS and Nathalie immediately greeted me with a smile and a good morning. I thought I had all of my documents in order, but I certainly did not.

Aleishia is an absolute angel. She was very patient, understanding, and helpful with my 80-year-old grandmother renewing her ID.

I went to the Lubbock DPS to get a renewal on my license. Jonathan was so friendly and did a great job. He said he had only been training for a short while. He was very competent.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Alice Robinson from your Temple office. This young lady made my month with her ownership of my many questions.

Sally helped me so much when I did not receive my renewed license in the mail.
