Raymond is very patient, very informative and he has a great disposition, a very special disposition for this job. Most people are not compassionate to our needs, but he is doing great. I was so happy that he asked me for a phone number because I waited a long time to talk to someone. I had lots of questions, and I felt like it was very complicated, but he made it seem like it was not complicated at all. I know the job can get monotonous, but Raymond has a different approach on how he deals with people.
