Sandra did an excellent job in assisting me. When I came in that office I was a little irritated. Sandra was patient and she listened to me. Sandra showed empathy as if she was in my shoes.

Please be advised that because of the additional services provided by Vanessa, I was able to complete the necessary paperwork to obtain a duplicate copy of my driving license.

I was pleased to meet Officer Dial. He conducted himself with professionalism. He was courteous to us, considerate of our situation, and showed much needed grace in that moment.

I would love to compliment Jessica. I arrived at the DPS unaware that I needed a letter from my former state indicating that my expired license had an extension.

This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a DPS office. Lisa was so friendly and helpful while getting my son his permit. She even brought me my purse to my car that I left sitting on the counter!
