I visited the Gessner driver license office for a renewal. I just wanted to say that I appreciate everything that everyone is doing to keep things operating in a safe manner. Everyone was pleasant and patient.

I am writing this letter to offer my thanks and kudos to the entire staff at the DPS office in Gainesville. I was at the office to renew my driver license. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly.
