I wanted to make the time to compliment one of your officers, State Trooper L. Gabler. During my visit thru Texas this week, I was (rightfully) stopped by Trooper Gabler.

I went to the DPS to change my address. In reality, I needed a learners permit, but could not find this option online.

I just want to let you know that Ernest gave my son and myself exceptional customer service and answered all our questions. Ernest really went beyond to make our visit enjoyable never experienced that at DPS before.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Dacoma Driver License Office. Frankly, I was dreading going to have my license renew to the new image with the star.

Going to DPS has always been like pulling teeth, long lines, crowds and folks that were not real sharp.

My husband and I came in to get our out of state license at the Georgetown location with Tony Bennett. He was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful.
