PERFECT experience at New Braunfels DPS today. We came in from Austin for my daughter's permit.

I recently renewed my driver license at the Saturn Rd., Garland office. I want to express my appreciation to Alex and the other staff. The service was timely and Alex was so courteous, helpful, and informative.

The entire experience was surprising. Being able to schedule an appointment is a game changer! Timothy was courteous and patient.

On Sunday 10/25/20 I had a flat tire and had to pull off onto the shoulder. Trooper Juarez from Laredo pulled up next to me to ask if I was okay. I explained the situation and he graciously helped me.

I am writing this commendation on behalf of CRP Investigator Cindy Hitt. While I was driving on a Texas Interstate Highway on October 6, 2020 my car had a flat tire.

I received a class 1 inspection. At all times before, during, and after I was treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism beyond what I've ever been treated in past inspections.

I would just like to let you know how nice Sgt. Greer was when my son went to take his driver test. We had just gotten the plates for a new car and had no way of attaching the plate to the front.

My wife and I had a tire blowout on September 29, 2020. State Trooper Goch stopped immediately upon seeing us pulled over. He was so polite and asked if we needed assistance.
