I would like to give kudos to Kaymi at the Garland Mega Center. Her computer froze twice during my transaction, but she kept her cool and remained professional the whole time.

Drove out to the DPS office in Hempstead and everyone was extremely nice and cordial. The gentleman outside checking folks in for appointments had a great demeanor and was prompt with paperwork and the process.

I would like to recognize your employee Frances Daniels. I came in to renew my license by appointment and Ms. Frances was so nice and patient. Her personality, knowledge, and customer service was A-1.
A quick note to recognize the new process for accessing the license renewal system with the confirmation #. By far the quickest in-and-out DPS license experience I’ve ever had.
