My experience was very pleasant. Staff was professional and appeared to be in good spirits.
On October 25, 2020, my wife was in an accident in Lubbock. Officer King pulled me over for speeding in Crosby County. When I explained the situation, she had understanding and was sympathetic.
Officer Herd was polite and didn’t make me feel like I was going to receive a traffic violation or ticket. I wasn’t paying attention to the speed limit.
I drove into Corpus Christi to renew my driver license. Rodona’s professional, friendly and courteous attitude made renewing my license so easy. She had me back on the road home in no time.
I got my DL renewed and I just wanted to heap as much praise as I could on the entire staff at the location at 12220 S. Gessner, 77071. The line was nonexistent due to the efficiency of the staff.
I wanted to make the time to compliment one of your officers, State Trooper L. Gabler. During my visit thru Texas this week, I was (rightfully) stopped by Trooper Gabler.
I went to the DPS to change my address. In reality, I needed a learners permit, but could not find this option online.
I just want to let you know that Ernest gave my son and myself exceptional customer service and answered all our questions. Ernest really went beyond to make our visit enjoyable never experienced that at DPS before.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Dacoma Driver License Office. Frankly, I was dreading going to have my license renew to the new image with the star.
