My family was doing a Segway tour of Austin on Saturday, September 12. We were just about finished and had stopped in front of the Governor’s Mansion to talk about it.
I was very impressed with the efficiency of the DPS system. I expected to wait a long time, however I was in and out of DPS in less than thirty minutes. Abdul was very courteous, professional and efficient.
