I had appointment at DPS office in Plano Office. I was overall very satisfied with ease of process and efficiency of the staff. I was in and out in 15 minutes. There was no wait and process was very fast.

I was very impressed by the friendliness and all the positive vibes that took place this morning while getting my son’s license at the Corpus Christi Office.

I am writing a note to inform you how well organized, respectful and friendly the DPS in Columbus. All three women in the office were great.

Wynell Coleman was great. I am excited to move back to Texas and get my original license back. She welcomed me back and was very sweet about my excitement. Very helpful with the thumb print machine also.

My daughter and I had an appointment in Rockwall to get my daughter permit. Joyce was the representative that was assisting us and informed us that we have to have my daughter's original birth certificate not a copy.

I just wanted to share my positive praise for the experience I had today at the Carrollton DPS. Every worker I spoke to was very courteous and helpful.

I would like to commend the two women at the DPS office in Borger. They were professional, kind and a pleasure to work with in getting our Texas driver licenses. We were treated with respect and dignity.

I visited the DPS to renew my DL. I was impressed by the service I received and the COVID-19 safety protocols. My visit was fast and easy. Chere Bennett was really nice and knowledgeable.

I want to commend Calvin Bass and all his coworkers at the S. Gessner location for their courteous and efficient service and for the improved appearance of the place.

I had a right rear tire blow out on 9/23/20. DPS Trooper Wall assisted me in changing my tire. Trooper Wall damaged his uniform helping me! I couldn’t have done it without them.
