First of all I want to tell you that your whole center deserves 10 'attaboys' (or 'attagirls' as the case maybe).

I had an appointment at the South Austin Driver License Office. The check in process was quick and easy. I was seen by Jill who helped me get my name changed in the system.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim at the DPS office in Lewisville to get my driver license renewed upon moving back from Florida to Texas. His level of customer service was amazing.

My experience when I got my DL renewed was a pleasant one due to the help of Ariana Leon. She was very polite and friendly.

Just wanted to commend Abdul for doing a superb job is assisting me with renewing my driver license. This was a very positive experience after viewing all the negative things reported on the news.
