I just completed the process of getting a TX driver license, and in spite of the COVID changes, the experience was the best I’ve had getting a DL.

I went in to the DPS office off of S. Gessner and I was lucky enough to be able to work with Ms. Vantrice Crayton.

It was a pleasure to have Haven process my DL renewal. I arrived early and Haven came and asked me if I was ready 45 minutes before my appointment.

Nerissa helped me renew my DL in Plano. She was quick and efficient and made things easy. After a quick 15 minute wait after check in she had me in and out in five minutes.

I had a great experience at the Beeville DPS last week.

Ms. Thompson was very kind and friendly. I even forgot my reading glasses at her desk and she took the time to look up my phone number and call me to let me know they were there.

I would like to thank Officer Swango for his time with my driver on the morning of 1/15/2021. While we strive to be professional and compliant, we do miss a few things from time to time.

I was recently inspected by Trooper J. Stanley at the weigh station on I-20 Kaufman County and I would like to comment on his professionalism.

My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. I arrived about 8:10 a.m. There was not a line outside and I had all my paperwork filled out.

I just want to commend Dama Shull. She is the most pleasant and professional person I have ever had to deal with at a DPS office. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
