I have never had such a wonderful experience at a driver license office. The lady outside was super nice and friendly and Maria Martinez was extremely nice.

Best experience ever. Mrs. Henderson was very courteous and professional. The most warm and comfortable setting one could ask. From door to door everyone there was very professional.

I just completed the process of getting a TX driver license, and in spite of the COVID changes, the experience was the best I’ve had getting a DL.

I went in to the DPS office off of S. Gessner and I was lucky enough to be able to work with Ms. Vantrice Crayton.

It was a pleasure to have Haven process my DL renewal. I arrived early and Haven came and asked me if I was ready 45 minutes before my appointment.
