The Crime Records Division (CRD) of the Texas Department of Public Safety is excited to present the 2026 Crime Records Summer Conferences—your statewide opportunity to connect, learn, and elevate your expertise in the latest Crime Records programs, systems, and requirements. These conferences will be held at multiple locations across Texas and are designed to deliver valuable training for professionals at every level.

IMPORTANT
Cornerstone ID Required to Register
Cornerstone is now the official statewide training system used by DPS. All attendees must have an active Cornerstone ID before they can register for any CRD Summer Conference sessions. We strongly encourage you to set up your Cornerstone ID as soon as possible to avoid delays when registration opens. For guidance, please refer to the TXDPS Cornerstone Account Setup Flyer.
Once you have obtained your Cornerstone ID, come back here to register for the 2026 CRD Conferences.
2026 CRD CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- CRD Conference registration is free; however, space is limited at each location.
- Attendees are responsible for their own meals, travel, and lodging.
- DPS has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms. Reservation links will be available on the event registration page. Please book early—rooms and class seats fill quickly.
- You may register for a single course or the full conference track.

CONFERENCE DAY DETAILS
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled class to complete check-in. Early arrival beyond this is not necessary.
- Check-in opens 30 minutes prior to the first class of the day and remains open throughout the day.
- DPS is pursuing TCOLE accreditation for most sessions; however, accreditation cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Substitutions are not permitted.
- If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation so we can maintain accurate attendance counts.
