Unsolved Crimes Investigation Program
The Unsolved Crimes Investigation Program provides Texas law enforcement agencies with resources for investigating unsolved murders, or what appear to be serial or linked cases. The Cold Case website was created with those efforts in mind, to assist such cases in establishing further investigative leads. This program creates national, constructive exposure of unsolved cases with the intention of identifying dangerous offenders, resulting in case resolutions and providing justice for victims of violent crimes.
