If you become aware of a potential violation of Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1702, by a licensed or unlicensed company or individual in the Private Security industry, you may submit a written complaint to the Regulatory Services Division (RSD). You may submit the complaint in any of the following ways:

After you submit your complaint
A complaint will be reviewed and evaluated by a Regulatory Services Division staff member. The assigned staff member may contact you with questions or to seek additional information regarding the complaint.
