I just wanted to take a minute to let you all know what a fantastic job you are doing Corpus Christi office.

Lisa went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed to renew my license and still make my appointment.

The crew at the Denton facility were all very helpful and friendly and the state of Texas is lucky to have them. Didn't get all the names of the employees, but everyone I had interaction with was fantastic.

I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Jennifer. She has a great attitude which made me feel comfortable. Even though she had a mask on I knew she had a smile on her face.

I went to the DPS office in Baytown to renew my license. I had reserved an appointment online for 8:20 am, and checked in online at 7:50.

I went to renew my license at the Garland Mega Center and I had an excellent experience. The site did an amazing job on social distancing and kept everything wiped and clean.

I recently went to the Ozona Driver License Office. I was treated with the upmost respect by Gilbert. He was cordial and knew everything I needed right away.

Several ladies at the Huntsville site went out of their way to help my son receive his Driver License. With positive attitudes, they would problem shoot multiple hurdles one after another (which were our fault).

I would like to give kudos to the staff, giving the current conditions. You guys rock! Thank you for the professionalism.

My experience at the DPS office on Pat Booker road recently was very satisfying. I was ushered in in a timely manner and was greeted with help when I needed it.

I had a 10:00 appointment at the Lake Worth DPS office. I was nervous and expected it to be a long and difficult chore, but I was warmly greeted and my entire experience was positive and pleasant.

I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the level of attention and great customer service Ms. Koirala provider over the past few weeks.

Norma is one special employee of DPS. Recently had my driver license renewed at the DPS office in Columbus. She has more jobs and duties for one person to handle.

I wish to submit a commendation for Angela at the Columbus office. Recently had my driver license renew and could not have a more professional, courteous employee to help me.

What a pleasant experience I had at the McKinney office. The check in was efficient and the employee who assisted me was wonderful. Felicia was very knowledgeable and handled the transaction quickly and efficiently.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Esperanza. I had not renewed my license for a long time, so I was not sure what to do or where to go. Esperanza was patience with me.

I would like to tell you how a wonderful experience I had at the Plano location. Everything went smooth with making my appointment and arriving early a little early.

I just wanted to thank the DPS for the service that was extended to me at the Fort Stockton driver license office by Melissa.

I like so many Americans am plagued by the major challenges presented by COVID.

My son and I just had the best experience at your Brady office. We ran out of gas 1.5 miles from the Brady office which pushed us out 25 minutes from our appointment time.

Marivelle was very courteous, kind and cheerful while helping me. She seemed happy and willing to help me throughout our interaction. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation.

I opened a 457 recently but had a problem with getting the contribution set up for August.

I just wanted to pass along what a pleasure it was to work with Shonda last week. I must have booked the wrong type of appointment, but I was completely flustered and not entirely prepared.

I would like to recognize Dama from the Carthage DPS office. I took my son for his driver test. My son is on the Autistic spectrum, but high functioning.

The Texas City DPS office was awesome. The staff and workers were friendly and very helpful.
