My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Fort Hood driver license office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate us right away even without an appointment.

I just experienced a very positive renewal experience at the Columbus Driver License Office. All the employees were very cordial. Rachael made my renewal a very pleasant one.

Azareia was most helpful in obtaining our son's permit. She was kind, patient and professional. She helped us get the appropriate documents.

I renewed my license at the Rosenberg Mega Center. Suzanne assisted me and the process was seamless and efficient.

The Houston S. Gessner Mega Center was the most organized and safe DPS office I have ever been to. They should be commended on their efficiency from the moment of check in until the end.

I recently renewed my license in Carthage and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as far as customer service. The employee felt more like a friend than an associate.

Lena was so understanding with me being emotional. She was caring and showed such empathy. I appreciate her patience and understanding. A lot of my documents were stolen and she worked with what I had.

Danique went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns, and made is a super enjoyable visit for me and my autistic son. He was very happy with the attention and reassurance Danique gave him!

My daughter got her learner license at the Hempstead office. We did not have an appointment but we came with all our documents. I was so thankful that they could work us in. The employee that helped us was fantastic.

Courtney assisted me and my daughter today with getting her driver permit. I just wanted to give her a kudos for how great she was.

I visited the San Angelo Driver License office to apply for a replacement DL after having my wallet (and DL) stolen from my purse while shopping.

I recently took my daughter to Bonham DPS for her driving test. I was expecting a long wait and rude customer service. I was pleasantly surprised! We only waited for 15min.

I would like to say thank you to the staff of the Rockwall Driver License Office who helped make my appointment very pleasant. My appointment time was at 1:20 in the afternoon and I was back in my car by 1:34.
