I had a spectacular visit to the Killeen DL office where I was assisted by Thaddeaus. He was quick, professional and had my DL renewal/address change completed before I knew it.

I was at the driver license office in Rockwall. Kenesha Helms assisted us and she was OUTSTANDING. We were there to get my 88 year old dad a Texas ID.

Janet did such an amazing job helping my mother and I get through the process of getting our licenses switched over. She was friendly and informative.

I would like to give a compliment to State Trooper Obeda! He change my flat tire today, in the rain. I know it wasn’t a fun job, but he still ended it with a smile.
