I was at the driver license office in Rockwall. Kenesha Helms assisted us and she was OUTSTANDING. We were there to get my 88 year old dad a Texas ID. He had to surrender his driver license due to medical reasons. Ms. Helms was so patient with us to provide the documentation we needed. She continually offered suggestions for us to provide what was needed to verify information. I just can't say enough about how patient she was with both me and my dad. She was just fantastic and deserves this recognition.
