I went to the Anson location so my wife could take her driver license test. Shirley provided such excellent service that I wanted to give her recognition.

Stacy was great. I had misunderstood her and went back and had her explain. She took care of the gentlemen she was helping and then took care of me.

Claude was extremely kind and patient. He printed out a bill I needed for my test. His customer service skills were on point! Thank you Claude!

I wanted to send a big thank you to Valerie. I have been trying to get my license reinstated and she was so helpful and kind. She did her job very well and was very eager to help me.

Signed up for an online appointment. Sara Bennett was very helpful in completing the process.

She was very friendly and knowledgeable of everything my wife and I needed to transfer our out of state licenses. She was even nice enough to help both of us.

I used the online check in and was able to walk past the long line to the very short line for those of us that had appointments.

I just wanted to thank the awesome staff at Harlingen office. My daughter took her final driving test. The attendant put her at ease. She was so friendly and encouraging. We are so thankful for this great experience!

Sabrina assisted me renewing my driver license at the North Austin office. I was impressed by her genuine kind nature and she made the process pleasant.

All personnel were friendly and very competent. Liz assisted me with the renewal and was very professional and quick!

I would like to commend Rose Guerra. She was very helpful and patience with my nephew and I as we were applying for his first driver license.

I want to give a kudos to Dash Harris. After years of not having my license, I knew it would be a disaster and I would be given the run around. I had quite the opposite experience.

I had to take my mom in for a Texas ID. Cindy was very polite and understanding of my mom. My mom is legally blind and in the beginning stage of Alzheimer. I feel like Cindy went out of her way to make my mom smile.

Olivia was very nice and helpful in a very quick amount of time. The Andrews office has been through a lot of changes and they are doing great. Much needed praise for our Andrews crew. Thank you!

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I didn't have all of the correct paperwork the first time I arrived to transfer my Illinois license to a Texas one.
