I would like to pay Brenda Porterie a compliment. She made the experience of renewing my license a pleasant one. She was courteous, professional and friendly.

Ramiah was helpful in finishing my paperwork, etc in the obtaining of my TX DL at the Lewisville office. She was extremely calm, friendly, unhurried, and had a great sense of humor.

I brought all three of my children in to get their licenses and the youngest his permit in Marshall.

Just want to say how much I appreciate the ease and directions of our staff at the New Braunfels DPS. The wait is easy the people are friendly and helpful.
