Officer Collier stopped me for speeding just outside of Sterling City, Texas. He is one of the most professional and well-mannered young men I have met in quite some time.

We have used the services at the Columbus Driver License Office on several occasions since 2018. We have been at that office as early as opening time and as late as closing time.

My son and I went to the Austin North location to obtain his learners permit. Sabrina DeJesus helped us. She was very courteous, had good communication skills and was very thorough.

I went to renew my license. The system was down, but the Denton staff kept us updated and handled the situation professionally. Mr. Diaz processed my renewal. He did a wonderful job.

Just wanted to pass along to you a note about the excellent service provided by Ruby Duncan during my recent visit to the Midland Driver License Center. Ms. Duncan was friendly and efficient.

I am writing to thank Samuel and the office for an easy experience getting a replacement license. Samuel was helpful and knowledgeable and the office was efficient and well run.

I am a recent applicant for a license to carry. In a nutshell, I experienced a very trying time in pursuit of obtaining the license. I’m talking 7 months to be exact.

At 53 years old I have had my share of encounters with traffic stops and interactions with police over the years.

Officer Jackson went above and beyond to assist myself and my family on 2/9/20. We were traveling past Rockport on Hwy 35 when had a catastrophic blow out of our travel trailer tire- it destroyed part of trailer.

It seems most people like to complain, but it seems to me most are unlikely to praise when receiving great customer service/assistance.

I went to the Garland office to renewal my license and was assisted by Deandra. I would like to compliment her on the professionalism that was shown and the excellent service that was provided.

I utilized the online “wait in line” to renew my license. I think I was called within 5 minutes of arriving. It really worked well. Patrina assisted me and was very friendly and professional.

I renewed my driver license today at the location in Corpus Christi. I would like to give kudos to Karen. She did an excellent job in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with.

I was at the Carrollton Mega Center on Monday getting my driver license renewed. My experience was positive. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the door who showed me which line to stand in.

Terry was extra polite and helpful. We didn't have the right information, and he had us come back and took us as soon as he was free, which was very helpful. It was very busy and he took the time he needed.

Recently my wife and I moved to Texas and visited the Livingston Driver License Office to obtain our individual licenses.

I went to do a change of address and renew my daughter’s identification card. Richard was assisting my 5-years-old daughter. He was awesome with her, he was super patient and respectful.

I took my 84 year old mother to the Carrollton Mega Center to renew her identification card. Theo helped us and he couldn't have been nicer, more patient with her or more helpful.

Maria was extremely proficient in making a very tedious, boring, burdensome task into a pleasant experience. She was helpful, patient and knowledgeable in her job. I would like to commend her professionalism.

Being a new arrival to the United States I have been to public offices, but never seen such a down to earth employee who took his time to explain in details and clearly the procedures in obtaining a state driver licen

I received the kindest, most professional welcome ever by Alicia. She answered all my questions, was very courteous, and went the extra mile in assuring all of my needs were met.

My teenaged daughter was just pulled over due to slightly speeding by Officer Rose. She was terrified, as this was her first time being pulled over. She described this officer as being extremely kind and helpful.
