Officer Jackson went above and beyond to assist myself and my family on 2/9/20. We were traveling past Rockport on Hwy 35 when had a catastrophic blow out of our travel trailer tire- it destroyed part of trailer. He showed up immediately and assisted my husband with tire change then led us to a safer area to await further roadside assistance. He engaged with a calm and friendly attitude in what was a bit of a stressful situation. We greatly appreciated his kindness and efforts and made it safely on to our next destination.
