I went to your Rockwall office and got there at 7:47 AM, and there were about 40 people ahead of me; I was part of the 3rd group let into the building. At 9:36 I was sitting in my car, renewal finished. Wow.

I'd like to recognize Diana for her professionalism and extreme attention to detail during my license renewal process. She made the entire process seamless from start to end.
