I thought it was very important for me to bring to your attention what a wonderful experience I had renewing my driver license.

I had the pleasure of having Knigia help my daughter in getting her learners permit. She was both professional and personable while working with my daughter and me.

The staff at the Caldwell driver license office are awesome! They helped my son avoid pitfalls getting his class c license and they went above and beyond to take care of us.

I went to the Rockwall location to renew my license. I had a 1520 appointment to which I was 30 minutes late due to a wreck on I-30 shutting down the road. I figured I would have to reschedule my appointment.

When Texas Trooper Clark stopped me for a traffic violation, I was so very nervous and upset.

I have recently moved from OK. I was unable to get an appointment for my TX ID before my old license expires. I sent a note to the webmaster and received a response from Kris.

I had an appointment at the DPS located in Plano, and I have to commend all of the employees' attitude and hard work. From the time I arrived to the time I left I felt safe and cared for.

I was scheduled at the Carrollton DPS office to have my license renewed. The entire experience at this office was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the DPS.

I would like to thank the Texas Department of Public Safety San Angelo Driver License Office. My daughter turned 16 and took her driver license test.

I took my son to get his permit at the Austin DPS on N. Lamar and was so thoroughly impressed by the excellent level of service and kindness offered up by every employee who helped guide us through the process.

Amparo at the Amarillo location was an amazing representation of creditable work. She was kind and polite and showed amazing customer service skills. Her calm demeanor and patience was outstanding.

I attended an appointment to renew my driver license. Crystal made the task fluid and easy.

I was stopped by Trooper Faith for going a bit too fast. I just wanted you to know that she did a great job and was very professional and easy to talk to. She was thoughtful and friendly.

On August 6th, my wife and I were driving on HWY 90 west towards Del Rio. Unaware of the speed limit, which apparently I exceeded, I was summoned by Officer Flores to pull over.

My husband went to the Carrollton Driver License Center to renew his driver license. LaTonya was outside giving directions, information. She was cordial, informative, and spoke loudly and clearly.

I was pulled over on 08/22/2020 by Trooper D. Garrison for driving over the speed limit. I would like to commend Trooper Garrison for displaying great respect, and professionalism throughout our encounter.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tracy Hand, she was very patient and organized, made the process of renewing my license very smooth.

Annettria was very courteous and pleasant. She gave clear instructions and made the entire process very efficient.

Kenesha was very professional and exhibit excellent customer service during my appointment at the DPS! She was very informative and pleasant during my visit.

I recently moved down to Texas from Michigan. Angel at the Houston North Mega Center assisted with my transfer.

I am writing today to let you know about the inspiring talk given to me by Officer Jordan in College Station, Texas, on August 6th.

On July 31, 2020 I ran out of gas on Gruene Road. Trooper Juarez arrived on scene and I explained the situation. Trooper Juarez told me not to worry about anything. My stress level plummeted.

Hello! Just wanted to send a quick shout out to the staff in your Levelland office. I went in the office to renew my driver license and was treated with great customer service by a very friendly staff.
