On July 31, 2020 I ran out of gas on Gruene Road. Trooper Juarez arrived on scene and I explained the situation. Trooper Juarez told me not to worry about anything. My stress level plummeted. He began directing traffic and speaking with me until gas arrived. Trooper Juarez was friendly, pleasant and exhibited a professional demeanor the entire episode. Obviously Trooper Juarez was well trained. I just wanted DPS to know a stressful situation turned into a pleasant encounter. Kudos to Trooper Eleazar Juarez and the Department of Public Safety.
