I had to let you know how much I appreciate Darryl Roberson. I was lucky enough to speak to him today and wanted to express my gratitude for outstanding customer service.

My wife was involved in an incident with two other motorists. When Trooper Robinson came across the scene, the two male motorists involved waived him off when he asked if they needed assistance.

Her patience and respect is to be commended. She made us feel welcomed and respected with a process that isn't always user-friendly to those of us not using it on a daily basis.

I wanted to compliment the ladies and especially Debbie at the Hillsboro TX DPS.

The Garland Mega Center was awesome!!!! They went above and beyond in every way. Angelica was amazing!!! Sense of humor, attentive and processed everything in a professional way.

Meeting Mr. Wallace was the highlight of my day. My husband and I went the DPS office without an appointment, but that’s another story and DPS made an exception and worked us in.

I brought my 92 year old dad to his appointment to renew his ID. The new online appointment and checking process without the huge crowd is wonderfully efficient.

I took my brother to the DPS office in San Angelo to get a new ID card when he moved here from Austin. Erica was courteous, friendly, and very helpful to us.

We recently visited the Gainesville Driver License Office and just wanted to say how much we appreciated how friendly Jan was and how patient she was with us while trying to get some information sort

I visited the Cameron Driver License office and was assisted by Mrs. Judy. I just wanted to submit a compliment for her and the office.

All the Ladies at Uvalde were amazing! The driving school sent out duplicate certificate numbers and they got it all taken care of so we didn’t have to make another hour long drive back.

Rachelle was so helpful in the process of getting my son his driver license from permit, she explained everything to us and took her time. I really appreciate the customer service from her.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience that I had with your employee in the handgun regulatory department Diana #2414 she was very helpful and professional.

I wish I remembered all of their names because they're all awesome! I have been to the office several times over the past year. I have two sons - 16 and 18 getting their licenses.

I also wanted you to know that the person who helped me figure out what document was missing was so helpful. She had excellent customer service skills.

My husband and I lived in NYC for 65 years. We moved recently to Texas and visited Texas DPS to change our license from NY to Texas. Tuesday Mitchell was helpful from start to finish.

Mr. Anjwani called me to assist with my LTC application. The application was stuck somewhere in process and I had struggled quite a bit to get updates or to even figure out what the issue was.

I want to commend Wanda and the other workers at the Dacoma Driver License office. I made an appointment and gathered all my documentation. The process was wonderful!

I wanted to send along my compliments to Donovan and Steve at the North Lamar DPS location in Austin. They were both extremely helpful and kind during my visit.

I renewed my driver license this past week at the Carrollton Mega Center.

I went into the office for a CDL renewal. I had previously went in and was told that the soonest appointment was in March of 2021. My license expires this month.
