I was stopped by Officer Ozbirn ID# 13987. He was cordial, polite, engaging, and ultimately merciful in the discharge of his duties.

Just a short note to compliment Officer Page for his courtesy and professionalism during my traffic stop. Your officer was both kind and made me feel at ease during our brief discussion.

In regards to getting pulled over, not only did Officer K. Parker pull me over to inform me that I had faulty head lights, he did so in a professional, very polite, and gentleman way.

I was at Houston Mega Center for renewal my driver license and the service I have got from Sirena was above and beyond. I would like you to in courage Sirena to keep up with her outstanding service.

My experience at the Garland Mega center was very good from start to finish. All of the employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. My wait time was minimal.

The Garland Mega Center was awesome!!!! They went above and beyond in every way. Angelica was amazing!!! Sense of humor, attentive and processed everything in a professional way.

Her patience and respect is to be commended. She made us feel welcomed and respected with a process that isn't always user-friendly to those of us not using it on a daily basis.
