On July 31, 2020 I ran out of gas on Gruene Road. Trooper Juarez arrived on scene and I explained the situation. Trooper Juarez told me not to worry about anything. My stress level plummeted.

I am writing today to let you know about the inspiring talk given to me by Officer Jordan in College Station, Texas, on August 6th.

I recently moved down to Texas from Michigan. Angel at the Houston North Mega Center assisted with my transfer.

Wowzer, I never thought I’d be writing these words. “I had a great experience yesterday getting my Texas Driver License renewed at the DPS!

Kenesha was very professional and exhibit excellent customer service during my appointment at the DPS! She was very informative and pleasant during my visit.

Annettria was very courteous and pleasant. She gave clear instructions and made the entire process very efficient.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tracy Hand, she was very patient and organized, made the process of renewing my license very smooth.

I was pulled over on 08/22/2020 by Trooper D. Garrison for driving over the speed limit. I would like to commend Trooper Garrison for displaying great respect, and professionalism throughout our encounter.

My husband went to the Carrollton Driver License Center to renew his driver license. LaTonya was outside giving directions, information. She was cordial, informative, and spoke loudly and clearly.

On August 6th, my wife and I were driving on HWY 90 west towards Del Rio. Unaware of the speed limit, which apparently I exceeded, I was summoned by Officer Flores to pull over.
