I had a 10:00 appointment at the Lake Worth DPS office. I was nervous and expected it to be a long and difficult chore, but I was warmly greeted and my entire experience was positive and pleasant.

My experience at the DPS office on Pat Booker road recently was very satisfying. I was ushered in in a timely manner and was greeted with help when I needed it.

Several ladies at the Huntsville site went out of their way to help my son receive his Driver License. With positive attitudes, they would problem shoot multiple hurdles one after another (which were our fault).

I recently went to the Ozona Driver License Office. I was treated with the upmost respect by Gilbert. He was cordial and knew everything I needed right away.

I went to renew my license at the Garland Mega Center and I had an excellent experience. The site did an amazing job on social distancing and kept everything wiped and clean.

I went to the DPS office in Baytown to renew my license. I had reserved an appointment online for 8:20 am, and checked in online at 7:50.

I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Jennifer. She has a great attitude which made me feel comfortable. Even though she had a mask on I knew she had a smile on her face.

The crew at the Denton facility were all very helpful and friendly and the state of Texas is lucky to have them. Didn't get all the names of the employees, but everyone I had interaction with was fantastic.
