I was a bit nervous about going to the DPS office during COVID. I went to the Garland Mega Center and everything was very easy. The appointment system worked perfectly, and getting in and out was a breeze.

Christy Kester was a pleasure to work with in getting my license renewed. I dreaded having to go to DPS, but she actually made the process enjoyable. Having an appointment made the process seem a lot more organized.
